Our Yoga & Surf Package is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to  enjoy an active holiday that nourishes the mind, body and soul and provides you with the foundations to further your yoga and Surfing skills

 

Whether you're already in love with surfing or just wanting to try it out our surfing instructors are patient fun and passionate about your journey into the sport.

 

The benefits that yoga can have on surfing are far-reaching, whether it’s through strength, balance, flexibility, or breathing techniques. On a physical level, yoga provides important pre-board stretches and allows the body to recover faster from the surf sessions. Joints become warmer and are opened, helping you to improve your flexibility, stability, and energy. Learning how to breathe and clear your mind will help you to stay calm and relaxed and to tighten your focus, catching your best wave ever.

 Enjoy a mix of dynamic and restorative yoga classes, massages, veggie meals.

09.15 – 10.30         Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Breakfast

 

10.30 – 13:00         Morning Surf Lessons

 

13:00 – 14.30         Healthy Vegetarian Gourmet Lunch

 

14:30 – 16:15         Massage, Personal Training session, extra                                         fitness classes or surf lessons *

 

17:30 - 18:00         Guided meditation / Yoga Nidra

 

18:15 – 19:30         Restorative Yin Yoga Class

Accommodation:

7 nights accommodation in shared or twin bed room accommodation. All bathrooms are shared.

02/

Meals:

7 Breakfast, 6 Lunch, 6 Dinner – vegetarian buffet “We use good quality, seasonal, locally sourced fruits and vegetables – cooking and eating are an art”

03/

Yoga & Meditation:

11 Yoga classes.

Monday to Friday 5 morning Vinyasa Flow + 5 evening Restorative, Soft Flow or Yin Yoga + 1 Saturday morning Yoga Class

All classes are 75min

5 guided meditation sessions.

05/

Surf:

Monday to Friday 5 days surfing classes (approx. 10h/week) Including wetsuit, board, transport and insurance.

04/

Optional Extras:

range of massage therapies, 11 Group workout sessions

Surf lessons, SUP lessons, Aerial Yoga, mountain biking & sweat lodge ceremony.
